RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In principle, we don't accept any return except for the faulty products customers have received. And we dislike irresponsible shopping behaviour that has indirectly polluted the environment by creating more wastes.
Those customers who find any fault in our products are cordially required to send us messages (with photos the better) and we would follow up your case asap but please be noted it's handled only if it's within 14 days after the delivery date.
Returns must be received in good condition:-
** Good condition refers to products are unworn, unwashed, and unused with original packaging and accessories included;
** Otherwise, only 50% of the product price will be refunded to cover necessary costs.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Special Sale (like BlackFriday) items sold with discounted price cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
