Returns and Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unused and with the full packaging. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Some Special Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.


How to make a return /exchange?

To return your item(s), please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the item is in new condition.

2. Send over the email to hello@borrn.com with the following information

  • Order Number
  • Your Full Name (Same as on the credit card)
  • Your Contact Number
  • Reason for return/exchange

3. After receiving our confirmation email you may return your purchased item to:

  • BORRN (U.K.) Limited, 6th floor, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6BD, U.K.

4. Refund will be returned to payment sources in 30 days for valid return.

 

Exchange

To exchange your item(s), please follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the step 1-3 of return procedure.
  2. We will deliver the same product to you after receiving your parcel.
