TERMS OF SALES

GENERAL
borrn.com is operated by BORRN (U.K.) Limited (referred to as "BORRN/we/our/us"). All products on borrn.com intended only for consumers to order online for delivery in the United Kingdom and EU area. The terms under which the Products are offered for sale on borrn.com are set out below. By ticking the “I have read and agree” button on the order form and submitting the order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. BORRN reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
DEFINITIONS
Customer
The person, company, firm, body or organisation who purchases the Products from borrn.com.
Product
The goods (or any part of them) set out in the Order.
Order
The Customer’s order for the Products as set out on borrn.com.
Contract
The contract between BORRN and the Customer for the sale and purchase of the Products in accordance with these Conditions.
Currency
The currency in which the price of the Product is to be paid (£ Pound sterling) as specified by borrn.com, on product pages, Order acceptance or elsewhere.
Business Day
A day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) when banks in London are open for business.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
You may place an order by filling in the order form on borrn.com after logging into your personal account (or as a visitor) and clicking on the appropriate submission button.
To place an order you must be 18 years old or above.
After you placed an order through borrn.com, you will receive an e-mail order acknowledgment. Thus valid email address and telephone number are necessary for placing the order.
PAYMENT
You may pay for your Order by credit cards or Paypal.
DELIVERY
borrn.com only provides delivery of products to customers in the United Kingdom and EU area.
Free shipping (within the U.K.) will be provided on all orders over £30. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the delivery information section when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. BORRN shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
There will be risks of loss, please contact us at hello@borrn.com if you could not receive the Products within 7 working days.
